Our hydration packets are designed to support everyday wellness, but they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult with a healthcare provider before using any new dietary supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have any medical conditions.
4. Ordering, Payment & Billing
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We accept all major credit cards and reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We strive to fulfill all orders promptly. Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you may request a return within 15 days of your order’s delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Please note:
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.
- Refunds will be issued to the same card used for the original purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
